In the proceeding branches' championship, the three matches of FC Shakhtar, Donetsk Academy teams took place. All of the teams had the task to break Sotsdonbass squad resistance. First it was done by eight-year footballers, headed by Oleksandr Alimov. It is interesting to note, that the game’s final result was secured by captain, Rodion Plaksa’s two long distance shots. They were diluted by the nominal guests’ goal. The final match score – 2:1 in favour of the youngest «Pitsmen».

U-8 starting line up: Serykh, Potalov, Red'ko, Avdeev, Plaksa, Kryvonis, Karchevskiy, Kobylyanskiy. Substitutes: Koval, Shubin, Monastyryov, Degtyaryov.

Boys up to ten years celebrated their tough 3:2 win. Oleksiy Alyokhin’s guys succeeded to be the first in score opening. It was Taloverov who did it. A bit later Moroz doubled the lead, however the next goal was conceved right after, and forced the players to feel a little nervous. But in the result, as it happened later, the winning goal was scored by Lytovchenko.

U-10 starting line up: Vhiner, Gevlych, Svetlichnyy, Taloverov, Golovkin, Maksimenko, Gatylov, Tокarev, Lytovchenko, Tischenko, Moroz. Substitutes: Popov, Pakhomov, Al'-Khalavani.

Though the thirteen-years-olders failed to score a winning goal like their team-mates. And the game pattern was a little different! The “Orange-and-Blacks’” goalkeeper Illya Telenkov was the first to conceve a goal. However our boys managed to change the game course, and as the proof of their confident efforts, there were the first and later the second goal performed by Mikhailo Meskhi. However, the young «Pitsmen» were not lucky to win this time – «Sotsdonbass» had time to equalize the result, and later the teams had not any significant opportunities up to the end of the match.

U-13 starting line up: Telenkov, Balde, Dubovik, Kozlov, Masanin, Meskhi, Korobenko, Pikhalenok, Klimenchuk, Grachov, Kravchenko. Substitutes: Gorshkov, Sin'kov, Terekhov, Borysenko, Fursov, Sirotin, Ignat'ev, Vyalkov, Senitskyy.
