Two FC Shakhtar Academy teams today appeared in away clashes against youngsters of Illichivets, Mariupol.

- Generally speaking, today’s game was not a simple one. Our rivals tried to cover zones and demonstrated coordinated efforts. Besides it was very hot in Mariupol, which also influenced the team’s play. I am content with the result, and we could have hammered more, but Demchenko, having substituted Borysov, shot next to the post. I would like to mark, that the pitch quality was ideal. It is rear enough, when we play away matches in the pitch like this.

The U-16 team headed by Valery Kriventsov also played today, having additionally one goal advantage, comparing to their younger team-mates, completing the fixture with 3:0 win! On 5 and 37 minutes Denis Katryuk scored twice, and on 73 minutes Bezborod'ko set a final score result. On the whole the victory was really deserved, because in most playing episodes Shakhtar today looked live and more interesting.

- In a today's game we possessed advantage completely. We successfully applied the speed and technical qualities, which resulted in the number of goals scored. Besides we were strict in defence and mobile in the middle line! Today I am quite content with both the result and boys’ attitude to the play.
