Programme of the tournament and its goals

1. The matches are played in accordance with the regulations and conditions of F.I.F.A. and F.F.U. extended with the rules mentioned in these tournament regulations. The decisions of the referees are binding. Protests will not be accepted.
2. Every club has to submit, before their first game, to the tournament administration, a players list, containing Christian-surname, name, the date of birth and the personal shirt number of every player.

3. The program will be completed in accordance with the mentioned times. The teams who are not present 5 minutes after the beginning of a match, will lose that match with 2 – 0.

4. There are 2 groups of 4 teams each. Each group plays half a competition. The ranking in the group is determined by the highest number of points. If two or more teams are equal on points in the competition of the group matches, the following criteria are applied to determine the rankings:
а) Higher number of points obtained in the matches played amongst the teams in question;
b) Superior goal difference from the matches played amongst the teams in question;
c) Superior goal difference from the group matches;
d) Higher number of goals scored in the group matches played.
And if that is also equal, then penalties will be taken. Therefore the normal regulations of FIFA and FFU are in force.

5. Following criteria are taken into consideration to decide on a teams right to advance to the next stage:
• The numbers 1 and 2 of each group go to the semi-finals.
• The winners go to the final.
• Semi-finals runners-up play for the 3rd / 4th places.
• The numbers 3 of both groups will play for the 5th / 6th places.
• The numbers 4 of both groups will play for the 7th / 8th places.

6. If there is an equal score in the classification games for the 3rd to the 8th position, as well as in the cross finals, we will immediately start to take penalty shots. When there is an equal score in the FINAL, there will be 2 x 7½ minutes extra-time. After an equal score at the end of the extra time, we will start to take penalty shots.

7. All games last 2 x 30 minutes.

8. The first mentioned club in the match program will start to defend the goal of their choice. The other team will have the kick-off.

Substitutions of players

9. Per match a substitution of 5 players and 1 keeper is permitted. They have to be substituted in accordance with the rules of FFU / FIFA but only after approval of the referee and only from the middle line.

Eligibility of players

10. All players born on or after, 1 January 1991 (U 17).

Kit regulations

12. Every team has to bring alternate team shirts. The second mentioned team in the match program will be designated the away team and when necessary they have to wear the alternate team shirts.

Yellow / red cards

13. A player will be suspended for the following match, when he receives 2 yellow cards or 1 red card in one match

General regulations

14. All matches are observed by a referee and two assistant referees.

15.If required, the Head of Referee-affairs assists the tournament committee in all cases related to the performance of the referees and the assistant referees.

16. In case of possible injuries and wounds, if desired, the medical department staff of FC Shakhtar Donetsk can assist

17. The tournament committee is not responsible for general damage or theft.

18. We request that everyone shows good sportsmanship and behaves with decorum at the stadium, changing room and in and around the playing fields.

19. If there are instances which are not mentioned in the tournament regulations, the tournament committee decides.

20. The tournament committee assumes that all participants are aware of these regulations.

21. If you have questions concerning the tournament regulations you can contact your team leader or the tournament committee.

22. All teams are allowed to bring 18 players and 4 staff members.

Insurance

23. Each team is obliged to take care of its own insurance for the time of their participation in the Braguin tournament and the period of their stay in Ukraine.

Prizes

24. There will be prizes for all places taken in the tournament, 1st to 8th places.
Extra prizes will be:
• Best player of the tournament;
• Best goal scorer;
• Best goalkeeper.
